We are impressed and thankful for our home renovation. Carlos and his team refurbished our entire living area in our rental property. They gutted and remodeled kitchen and main bath, added a mudroom that has washer/dryer and half-bath, painted exterior and interior, installed gutters, replaced all windows, added garage door with cameras, re-did all interior floors, and probably a lot more that he didn’t disclose. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors and and random folks stopping to inquire if property is for sale or rent.
